What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you actively provide it — for example, when you fill out our Busywork Audit form or email us directly. The data we may collect includes:
- Your name and email address (from contact and audit forms)
- Your company name and a brief description of your workflow challenge
- Messages you send us via email or the chatbot widget on our website
- Basic analytics data (page views, referrer, country) via privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics — no personal identifiers are stored
How we use your data
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry or schedule a Busywork Audit
- Send you a follow-up or proposal related to the conversation you started
- Improve our services based on aggregated, anonymised feedback
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Who we share data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share it with trusted third-party services that help us operate — for example our email provider or CRM — under strict data-processing agreements. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
- Email delivery: Resend (Resend, Inc.) — for sending transactional emails
- Hosting infrastructure: Vercel, Inc. — for serving our website
- Database: Neon (Neon, Inc.) — for storing form submissions
- Analytics: privacy-first, cookieless analytics with no personal data collected
How long we keep your data
We retain contact and audit form submissions for up to 24 months so we can follow up on ongoing conversations. If no engagement begins within that window, data is deleted. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Cookies
Our public website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. We use a single session cookie only when you are logged in to our internal dashboard — it is strictly necessary and expires when you close your browser.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@xenorylabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
All data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by our hosting and database providers. Access to our systems is protected by strong passwords and multi-factor authentication. We review our practices regularly and will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach affecting your personal information.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify affected individuals by email.
